The residence rules in the hotel “Lights of Zarechie”

General provisions

  1. 1. The order of accommodation in the hotel “Lights of Zarechie” was developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation «About protection of rights of consumers», «Rules of providing hotel services in the Russian Federation», approved by Government resolution from 09.10.2015, №1085 and other legislative acts applicable on the territory of the Russian Federation, regulated legal relations between performers and consumers in the field of hotel services.
  2. 2. The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Russian and foreign citizens for a period agreed with the administration of the hotel. At the end of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration.
  3. 3. Working hours: 24hrs/7 days a week
  4. 4. Check-in from 12.00. Check out till 12.00.

Order of booking, registration of hotel accommodation and payment for services.

  1. 1. Reservation for the room is kept until 24.00 on the day of arrival, if there was no warning about the late arrival of the guest or the prepayment was not received. If you are late, you will be charged for the actual downtime of the room, but no more than a day.
  2. 2. The hotel enters into a contract with the consumer upon presentation:
      • passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation;
      • the passport of the citizen of the USSR, proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation, to replace him within the prescribed period on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;
      • birth certificates - for a person under 14 years of age;
      • passports proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for the person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
      • a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by Federal law or recognized in accordance with an international Treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
      • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international Treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
      • the temporary residence permit of a stateless person;
      • residence permit of a stateless person.
  3. 3. The hotel provides the following services at no extra charge:
      • Call an ambulance;
      • Use of first aid kit;
      • Delivery of correspondence to the room upon receipt;
      • Wake-up to a certain time;
      • Provision of boiling water, needles, threads, one set of dishes and Cutlery;
      • Use of iron, Ironing Board, hair dryer;
      • Making calls to landline numbers from the room;
      • Providing background information on the mode of operation of all services and organizations located in the Hotel;
      • Providing background information about the city.
  4. 4. Payment for hotel accommodation is carried out in accordance with the approved price list. The hotel has a daily payment.
  5. 5. The hotel has a single checkout time – 12 hours of the current day local time. Depending on the check-out time payment is made as follows: when placing before check-out time from 0.00 to 12 hours accommodation fee in the amount of 50% of the room rate. Payment for guaranteed reservation – 50% of the room rate. In case of delay of departure of the consumer after the set checkout time, the accommodation fee will be charged in the following order:
      • up to 12 hours after checkout time – payment for half a day;
      • from 12 to 24 hours after checkout time – full day fe
      • For stays of no more than one day (24 hours), the fee is charged per day regardless of the check-out time.
      • Simple rooms (places in the room) are paid at a rate of 100% according to the current price list per day.
  6. 6. Accommodation of the consumer in the already booked room before check-in time is allowed in agreement with the administrator of the hotel (subject to availability). The delay of the consumer in the booked room after the hour of departure specified in the booking request is allowed in consultation with the hotel administrator (subject to availability). In this case, payment for accommodation will be charged in the prescribed manner.
  7. 7. For children aged 7 years without extra bed fee is not charged, when providing the main place – the fee is charged at the cost of the main place in the hotel.
  8. 8. In case of early departure from the room, a refund for unused hours is not made (for the beginning of the day).
  9. 9. If the consumer wishes to extend his / her stay, he / she is obliged to inform the administrator on duty at least one day before the scheduled departure and receive confirmation of the possibility or impossibility of extension, i.e. ability of rooms.
  10. 10. Transfer from one room to another can be made at the request of the guest (subject to availability) or due to operational necessity in the hotel.
  11. 11. To receive the invoice and the act of work performed, the consumer must provide details and a power of attorney from the company when checking in.

Living arrangements

  1. 1. Room keys will be issued upon presentation of the guest card. When leaving or leaving the hotel, the consumer is obliged to hand over the room key to the administrator.
  2. 2. The consumer must:
      • observe silence and order of accommodation;
      • comply with fire safety regulations;
      • in case of damage or loss of property to compensate the cost of damage in accordance with the act issued by the hotel;
      • when leaving the room to close the taps with water, Windows, turn off the lights, TV, close the room and take the key to the administrator on duty.
  3. 3. For safety reasons, the hotel is not allowed:
      • leave strangers in the room or give them room keys;
      • transfer your guest card to other persons;
      • take your room key with you;
      • store flammable materials, weapons;
      • rearrange the furniture in the room;
      • disturb other guests staying in neighboring rooms
      • smoking in the room;
      • to keep the number of animals and birds.
  4. 4. The hotel administration guarantees residents, subject to this Order of residence, the safety of personal belongings in the room. To ensure the safety of valuable things of the consumer, the hotel provides the right to use the safe, located at the reception and accommodation at the reception desk. For the safety of valuables, not deposited, the administration is not responsible.
  5. 5. At the request of the consumer, unauthorized persons (not more than 2 people at a time) can be in the room from 8.00-23.00, subject to registration in the journal on the basis of an identity document.
  6. 6. If the guest stays in the room of the consumer after 23.00, the resident is obliged to notify the administration, to register the arrival of the 2nd person to the hotel with the payment of additional space in the room.
  7. 7. When leaving the hotel, the resident must make a full payment for the services provided and hand over the keys to the room to the administrator on duty.
  8. 8. In the absence of the consumer at the place of residence for more than two hours (according to his estimated hours) without payment, the hotel administration creates a Commission, produces an inventory of the consumer's property in the room, followed by the release of the room.
  9. 9. The book of comments and suggestions is at the duty administrator and is issued at the first request of the consumer (except for persons who are drunk). Claims and complaints are considered by the contractor immediately.
  10. 10. In cases not provided for in these rules, the administration and the Consumer are guided by the Law of the Russian Federation «About protection of rights of consumers», «Rules of providing hotel services in the Russian Federation», approved by Government resolution from 09.10.2015, №1085 and other legislative acts in force in the territory of the Russian Federation, regulated legal relations between performers and consumers in the field of hotel services.

Forms of payment: cash, Bank, are also accepted credit cards VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, UNION card.
